Angler's Market is working to bring you a "species select" assortment of fishing tackle. The first introduction is Kokanee tackle. These lures; Kokanee Khaos, Kokanee Bite and Fatal Attraction Dodgers have all been tested and approved by Kokanee experts. This is the first line of products introduced by Angler's Market because Kokanee fishing is the fastest growing freshwater fishery in the west and because it requires very specific trolling methods. Our Kokanee lures are designed to be trolled at any speed with out problem. The Kokanee Khaos, Kokanee Bites, Khaos Heavy Metal and Fat Bottom Spinner because of their silicone skirts, have caught many fish dangling from the side of the boat while the motor was in neutral while playing a fish on the other side of the boat.
Although you can fish the Kokanee Khaos or Kokanee Bite by itself or behind a lake troll or dodger, we recommend you fish it behind our own Fatal Attraction. These flasher / dodgers have some inherent advantages over a number of other like products because it is a little heavier and little less aggressive so it flat lines deeper with out weight and rises slower when unclipped from a downrigger. Any Kokanee angler knows the advantages of that.
Be looking for more fishing products soon from Angler's Market. Although our first entries are targeted at Kokanee (they work great for trout, and salmon too), we will have a selection of species select tackle for Salmon, Steelhead, Walleye and Bass soon. In fact we have been working with guides in the Columbia River and have developed a great modular component spinner system that has produced many nice fall Silver Salmon (Coho) this year. |
